Modifiable mold base |
This option allows you to make modifiable a standard mold base.
Creation stages / Use:
Select this option during the mold base inclusion or edit an inclusion.
A copy of the mold base template is created. This assembly is linked to the mold file and it is named MoldDocumentName.MoldBaseTemplate.
Then it becomes possible to modify the mold base with the following functions: Edit plate, Insert plate, Delete plate, Edit component, Delete components.

Modifications / Additional information:
A mold base become "modifiable" is not a standard mold base anymore. Edit this mold base allows you to modify only its positioning. It is still possible to replace it by a standard one.
In the mold document, a contextual command, Edit plate positioning, opens the modifiable mold base model and edits the positioning of the plates in the base. This facilitates subsequent modifications that may be necessary after adding or removing plates in the mold.
