Each project is attached to a vault. Several vaults might have been defined by the administrator. In this case, select the vault to use in the drop-down list.

By importing a package as replication, it can contains a document which also exists in a project or in a library, with the same revision, but this document is different. There is a conflict to solve. For example, a subcontractor has modified a part you sent him, but during this time, you have also modified this part and they have both the same revision.

    • Keep local version: The document which is in your vault will be kept and will replace the imported document.

    • Update with imported version: The document which is in your vault will be replaced by the imported document.

If revisions are different for the same document, it is always the highest revision which will be kept and will replace the other.

During the import by copy (form the contextual menu of a project or a folder, or if some documents were not checked-in during the export), imported documents can use the automatic part numbering if it has been defined by the administrator and creation properties (creation date, author, ...) can be reset.

    • Automatic part numbering: By checking this option, all imported documents will be part numbered regarding the automatic part numbering if it has been set.

    • Reset creation properties: Imported documents have been made by other users and at different dates. These information are listed in the documents properties. They can be reset during the import to be replaced by the import date and by the user who imports.

The TopSolid version used when exporting this package is displayed. It cannot be modified.
