Blend faces |
This command allows you to select the blend faces of a shape or from a selection of faces of a shape.
Creation stages / Use:
This command is available from the button of the face modification commands.
The Shape mode allows you to select a shape and then automatically select all its blend faces.
The Faces mode allows you to select several faces of the same shape with a windows selection for example.
This mode allows to directly pick a blend face, then all the blend faces with the same radius and tangent to this face will be selected
Whatever the chosen mode, the blend faces are highlighted with the yellow color.

Available options:
Constraint on radius:
When the Shape mode has been chosen, this option allows you to select blend faces by criteria on the radius.
The available criteria are:
- None: all the blend faces are selected.
- Less than: all the blend faces which radius values are less or equal to the given value are selected.
- Equal to: all the blend faces which radius values are equal to the given value are selected.
- Greater than: all the blend faces which radius values are greater or equal to the given value are selected.
- Between: all the blend faces which radius values are between the given values are selected.
- Ouside: all the blend faces which radius values are not between the given values are selected.
Convexity:
When the Shape mode has been chosen, this option allows you to select blend faces by criteria on the convexity
Three modes are available:.
All: All the blend faces are selected. |
Concave: Concave blend faces are selected only. |
Convex:Convex blend faces are selected only. |
