This command allows to rapidly add a bend note by displaying all informations about the selected bend.

 

Creation stages:

 

Click the icon or select the Detailing > Bend note... command from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Select the bend line.

  2. Select a Bend note style or create a new one by clicking on " + ".

  3. Position the note.

 

 

A bend note can only depend on the center line of the bend.

The boundaries of the bend are not detected by this command.

 

 

Available Options:

 

 

Select the bend note style to use: Normal Style (default) or a customized bend note style.

 

  • Representation:

This option allows you to select the position of the bend note, either parallel to the bend or exported.

 

When several bends are linked together with matter (i.e. they can only be bent together in a single operation), it is possiblez to deactivate the option "One note by bend line" in order to avoid the creation of too many useless notes.

  • Display order:

This option allows the display order of the different information selected to be modified (Internal radius, bending angle, bend direction, etc).

To do this you have to check the cell Order then use the Up and/or Down arrows.

 

  • It is possible to add 13 different informations to a bend note.

- Index (bends table)

- Internal radius.

- Bending angle.

- Bend direction.

- Description of tool.

- Bending type.

- Unbending method.

- K factor.

- Correction.

- Unrolled length.

- Equivalent K Factor.

- Origin of unbending process.

- Thickness.

 

  • All this information can be preceded by a prefix.

To do this, use the cell Prefix corresponding to the information to be used and then enter your text.

 

 

In the Angle field, you can display bending angles with their sign (+ / -) depending on the direction of the bend: "+" for up bends and "-" for down bends.

 

 

 

Extremities:

  • Allows to modify dimension extremities: leader style, size, ...

 

Modifications:

 

To change an existing note, just select it with right button and select the command Edit.
