Options: Predefined dimension prefix/suffix

This section allows you to create or delete dimension prefixes or suffixes. It can be used  when dimensioning in 3D and in draft document.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Click the icon or select the Tools > Options... command from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Click "+" in front of the Predefined values section in the left column.

  2. Select Predefined dimension prefix/suffix.

 

 

The Reset button allows to restore the rubric to the installation configuration.

 

 

Available options:

 

  • New or Delete. Create a new predefined prefix or suffix or delete an existing one. Created prefixes/suffixes can be used in multiple documents.

  • Name: Enter the name of the predefined prefix or suffix in order to easily find it for use.

  • Select a prefix symbol if necessary.

  • Enter the prefix or the suffix or both.
