Main Set

Select the opened document to use.

The option "<non specified>" will create an empty set. The main views using this set will therefore be empty but it will then be possible to insert another set by editing the view set (right button on the view).

In the case the source document is an electrode document, the options of this section are different.

See chapter "Available options" for more details.

If the source document has several different representations, select one to use.

The set can be project by:

• Representations:

The source document has different representations, The projection can only be done by selecting one of them (it is the default proposed option).

• Entities:

Allows to select entities (parts, assemblies) to project.

If several entities with at least one of them has a different description have been selected, le description displayed in the title block will indicate "-".

• Sets:

Allows to select one or more sets defined in the assembly document.

This option allows you to draft the part as defined in its generic document, excluding any assembly operations but with the dimensions after inclusion in the assembly.

This option is available with the above Entities mode only and when only one occurrence is selected.

If the source document has several different configurations, select one to use.

If the document contains different configurations, this command allows you to select the configurations displayed in various strokes (for example, minimum, maximum, overall, ....)

Information from this set that will be used to fill in the title bloc.

If the views created from this set are deleted, the main set is emptied and as a result, so is the title block information:

• If there was another set in the document, it would automatically rise in the main set and the title block's information would be automatically modified.

• Otherwise, when a new item is projected, the main set will automatically retrieve this source and the title block information will automatically be modified.

• The sets following the main set will be named "Set 1", "Set 2", ...

If no document is open, you can still validate the dialog. The main views using this set will therefore be empty but it will then be possible to insert another set by editing the view set (right button on the view).

• Shapes to Erode: this option adds the shapes to erode into the view.
• Check all electrodes: Allows to select all the electrodes of the source document. If the option is not activated,the list of the electrodes from the source document is displayed.
  It is possible to activate the following options individually for each electrodes or for all electrodes:

• Theorical positions: this options displays in the view all the instance of the selected electrode if it has been repeated in the source document.
• Control points: Displays in the view the control points created in the electrode document.
• Mandrels: Displays in the view the electrode mandrel if it has been included in the electrode document.
• Initial positions: Displays in the view the electrode projection in its initial position defined in the electrode document.

• Source document:

This option is available only if a filter by entities has been created in the source document. By default upon creation of the view, the entities are visible, this option must be checked to hide them.

• Filter Documents:

Open or locked filter documents will be listed. You must check the filter documents to use.

The "Keep entities" checkbox is used to define whether you want the filter to keep or ignore parts that match the filter criteria.

The "Ignore occurrence properties" checkbox is used to ignore modifications made locally in the assembly to the properties of a part.
