Search document |
This type of document allows to save a search in a project to be able to use it again later. A double click on a Search document runs the search and the result is displayed in the Result window at the bottom of the screen.
Creation stages / Use:
Click the icon on the Home > New Document... tab.
In the Advanced tab, select Search.
complete the different criteria.
Save or check in the document.
As with projects, a tree containing the searches common to all users is available from the TopSolid 7 > View > Searches menu or with a right click on a tree's title bar (Project, Entities, …). This tree lets you create searches, organize them into folders, rename them, check them into the vault, delete them, etc. Double-clicking on a Search document will also launch a search. |

Modifications / Additional information:
This document can be checked into the current project, into the My searches project or the Company searches project.
My searches project and Company searches projects can be found in the Searches tree.
To display this tree, use the View > Searches command of the TopSolid button.
