Purge Minor Revisions

This command allows you to purge unused minor revisions as well as backups.

 

Creation Stages / Use:

 

Select Delete > Purge Minor Revisions... from the popup menu on the project tree.

 

  1. Indicate the number of minor revisions to keep.

  2. Indicate the number of backups to keep.

  3. Validate.

 

 

  • This purge allows you to delete the unused minor revisions and backups (not used) of a document  in order to reduce the database and simplify the project tree.

  • TopSolid tries to keep the number of minor revisions or backups indicated by the user. However, if more minor revisions or backups must be kept because they are used, they will be kept.
