This command allows to identify a driver from a family document so it can be recognized and used by TopSolid through some commands that need to interact with this driver.

For example, the command "Construction > Distribution" need to modify the length parameter of a distributable component. By providing the adequate driving, TopSolid is able to identify which drivers of the family it has to interact with to change the length of the component.

Creation stages / Use:

In a family document, click the icon or select the command Tools > Provide Driving... command from the drop-down menu.

1. Select the driving to provide and validate.

2. Select the parameter to associate with this driving.

Delete a driving:

You can delete the driving through the "delete" contextual command on the operations tree.
