This options allows you to create a Matrix linear pattern, with pre-filled values depending on the core cavity blocks to repeat.

Creation stages / Use:

Click the "special inputs" icon to create it in the Multi-cavity command.

  1. Select the core cavity blocks which will drive the pattern.

  2. Determine the wanted blocks number and the gaps following the two X and Y directions of the reference core cavity block Opening frame.

  3. Validate .

This pattern is only available from the "special inputs" in the Multi-cavity command.

Available options:

  • Blocks:  A selection filter allows you to select only blocks.

  • Hide: This option allows you to hide the selected entities during the command, in order to select more easily other entities, especially those that were behind the first ones.

  • First direction: Allows you to give the total count of blocks, regarding the X direction of the opening frame.

  • Reverse: Allows you to reverse the direction orientation used in the pattern.

  • Core cavity blocks gap: It is possible to drive the gap between the repeated blocks. By default, at the pattern creation this value is set to 0mm.

  • Core cavity blocks between axis: it is possible to drive the distance between the block axis. By default, at the pattern creation this value is set to the block length regarding the direction.

  • Second direction: Allows you to give the total count of blocks, regarding the Y direction of the opening frame.

The Display area allows you to define the position of the pattern visualization with selecting a start point and a start frame.
