Axial path method

Il est possible de choisir parmi deux méthodes pour définir le nombre de passes axiales.

The maximum axial depth is used as a reference for calculating the number of axial passes.

The calculations are visible above the settings window, in the example the max. axial depth = 6mm.

The axial depth will be the same for all passes and will be less than or equal to the value defined for the maximum axial depth.

The pass number is directly given by the user. The calculation of the depth depends on the height of the part to be machined.

If a final axial depth is requested an additional pass is added to the number of requested passes.

Information on the depth of the pass or the number of passes is displayed for each geometry in its label.

It is possible to modify the value directly from each label or from the list of geometries in the operation.

If the value has been locally modified for a geometry, the global reference value is displayed between square brackets in the label.
