Workflow

This command allows you to define a document state change cycle based on the life cycle (Workflow) and by respecting the internal process of the company. These state changes can be submitted for approval.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Select Pdm >  Workflow... from the TopSolid button.

 

Workflows:

 

Add workflow: allows you to create a new workflow including one or more actions.

 

Modify workflow: allows you to modify an existing workflow by adding, modifying or deleting one or more actions.

 

Delete Workflow: Allows you to delete the selected workflow.

  1. Validate by clicking .

 

 

 

This command is only available in client/server mode.
