Frame

This command allows to create a frame on entities like a sketch. In this case, the frame will be created on the sketch frame.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Click the icon or select the Construction > Frames > Frame... command from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Select the reference frame.

  2. Validate by clicking .

 

Available Options:

 

Rotation:

Activate Rotation to turn the frame around its X,Y or Z axis.

  • Choose the rotation axis.

  • Give the angle.

 

Extent:

Check Extent to modify dimensions of the frame

  • Give the values for each direction. These values are regarding the frame origin.

 

Style:

This section allows to use or define the frame style.

You can define the frame representation, its extremities, the length, the size and the color of its axes.
