Moment

This command allows to apply a moment on a face of a solid.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Click the icon or select the Analysis > Moment... command from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Select the face where the moment has to be applied.

  2. Enter the value of the moment.

  3. Reverse the moment if needed.

  4. Validate by clicking on .

  5. ...

 

 

 

The moment can also be reversed by double-clicking the arrow in the graphic area.

 

 

Modifications / Additional information:

 

The defined moment can be found in the entity tree in the detail of the affected analysis.

 

Each load or block has its own graphic representation.
