Import TraceParts component

This command allows you to import a TraceParts component from the web into a TopSolid project.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Select the File > Translators > Import TraceParts component ... command from the TopSolid button.

 

  1. Open an assembly.

  2. Choose the component.

  3. Click the green check mark to confirm.

 

 

The component is converted and saved in an part or assembly doucment with the corresponding code.

  • The library is named "TraceParts + Standard name".

  • The folder uses the decomposed standard name (for example 8140).

  • And the document uses the name of the component.

 

 

A TraceParts account must be created before converting the first component. Any questions regarding the TraceParts website or its use should be directed to TraceParts support.
