Cross section polygon

This command allows you to quickly create a cross section polygon. A cross section polygon must be edited.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Click the icon or select the Sketch > Cross section polygon... command from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Select a type of polygon:

 

Vertical: The cross section polygon will be vertical. Simply select the positioning point of this line.

Horizontal: The cross section polygon will be horizontal. Simply select the positioning point of this line.

Contour: The polygon must be created in its entirety. The first and last segments must be parallel.

 

  1. Position the polygon.

  2. Validate by clicking .

 

 

You can adhere it to the existing geometry (edges, points, axes, ...).
