Monetization

You are free to create TopSolid applications for personal use. However, distributing or selling these applications to others requires TopSolid agreement.

Intellectual property rights

While you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights for your application and its documentation, you will provide TopSolid with a license to use your application, including for the purpose of advancing TopSolid’s products and services.

Patents

You are required to provide licensing for your patents to TopSolid or to any interested third party, under terms that are fair and reasonable.

Responsabilities

TopSolid is not liable for the applications you develop. You are solely accountable for any claims or issues arising from your application.
