Define render mode

 

 

 

 

This command defines the type of render mode to apply to the view.

 

Use:

 

Click the Renders icon on the right side of the screen.

 

Shade render mode allows you to visualize the scene with the item faces filled in, thus providing a realistic type of visualization (using what is called the "Gouraud" method).

Display lateral faces

On a piece of sheet metal this mode allows you to visualize the faces according to the thickness of the part (a specific color is applied to the lateral faces).

This mode only functions with shaded renderings.
