Export multiple documents with conversion

This command allows you to export and convert several TopSolid documents.

Creation Stages / Use:

Select Import / Export > Export multiple documents with conversion... command from the popup menu of the different selected documents (with the CTRL key) or a folder in the project tree.

Select the export directory in which converted files will be saved.
Check Export Tree Structure if the project structure and folders must be kept.
Check or not if you want to Overwrite existing files.
Select a Naming convention for your exported files.
Select the converter type and options (versions, types of generated files when there is a choice) for each file type to convert.
Validate.
After the report message, click OK.
Validate.

Options are general to all files of the same type. If the options must be different (different versions, some in DXF format, others in DWG format), different exports must be performed.
If all lines of exported files turn to green, the export was successful and you can run the validation.

Items exported during conversion are those present in the detailed representation (entity tree - representations).
For drafts to export, you must switch to Exact Projection Mode.

Available options:

Naming convention:

This option allows to create your own naming convention for each type of document selected.

Add string:

Allows you to enter characters (or separators).

Add data:

Select the data type to display, such as project name, folder name, creation date or other.

For the creation date, you must also enter the date format.

The Move up and Move down buttons are used to order the naming elements (select one line and use these buttons to move it).

A preview of the naming string is available under the Name construction window.
