This section allows to predefine frequently used dimensional tolerances.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Click the icon or select the Tools > Options... command from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Click "+" in front of the Predefined dimensional tolerances section in the left column.

  2. Select Predefined dimensional tolerances.

 

 

The Reset button allows to restore the rubric to the installation configuration.

 

 

Available options:

 

  • New or Delete. Create a new predefined tolerance or delete an existing predefined tolerance. Created tolerances can be used in multiple documents.

  • Name: Enter the name of the predefined tolerance in order to easily find it for use.

  • Indicate whether the tolerance is a length or angle tolerance.

  • Spreads: Enter the upper and lower spreads.

  • Display Spreads: Select how to display spreads on the dimension.

  • Envelope: Option to check for envelope tolerances.
