This dialog allows to customize the result of views comparison.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

This dialog opens after the validation of views to compare.

It also can be edited from the comparison operation of the Operations tree or from the Views Comparison folder of the Entities tree.

 

Align point: select a vertex on a profile of the view of the other minor revision. Possibility to use an entity from the detailing of the view.

Reference point: select a vertex on a profile coming from the current minor revision. Possibility to use an entity from the detailing of the view.

 

You can configure the stroke type, the thickness and the color (the Empty button allows you to use the original attribute).

To be able to use a layer, you must create it before with the Visualization > Layer... command.

 

Using this option, if views to compare have different scale factor TopSolid will keep the scale factor of the anterior view.

Deactivating this option, TopSolid will modify the scale factor of the anterior view to adapt it to the current view.

 

 

 

The comparison can done on below entities only:

  • Segments.

  • Vertices.

  • Hatching lines.

  • Dimensions.

  • Annotations.

 

 

All entities (of the above type) of the anterior view wil be display with defined attributes even if there is no modification on this entity. The superposition of views and thanks to the attributes which display entities with different settings allows to identify differences easily.

If the Keep scale factor option is deactivated, then dimensions and annotations could not be displayed.
