Extreme point

This command allows an extreme point to be created on an entity in relation to a given direction.

Creation Stages / Use:

Click the icon or select Construction > Points > Extreme Point... command from the drop-down menu.

Choose the symbol.

	Automatic: Using the three modes below. To select a shape, use the rotative selection.
	Profile: This mode filters entities so as not to select only profiles. When selecting a face, its contour is provided.
	Face: This mode filters entities so that only faces can be selected.
	Shape: This mode filters entities so that only shapes can be selected.

Select the entity.
Check Extend Curve to virtually extend the curve. In this case, the point cannot be on the curve.

The green line is the direction.

The green point is the result.

Select the direction in which the point must be in extreme position.

Reference direction

It is possible to create a profile or a direction "on the fly" by clicking the "+".This profile and this direction are created during the use of the command and will be deleted if the command is canceled.
