Pan view |
This command allows you to dynamically move your view into translation.
Use:
Click the 
icon or select the Visualization > Views > Pan view... command from the drop-down menu.
Keep the left button pushed down and pan your view.
To leave this command after the displacement, right click Ok, or use the Esc key.

The right mouse button also allows to use this command regardless the current command. |
