This command allows you to create a text parameter changing either linearly or by intervals, depending on a source parameter. For example, it allows to change the text if a length is higher than a certain value.

Creation stages / Use:

Click the icon or select the Construction > Parameters >Table text parameter... command from the drop-down menu.

1. Enter the name of the parameter.

2. Choose the parameter type.

3. Enter the source value, an expression, or click on an edge.

4. Fill in the table.

5. Select the interpolation type.

6. Validate

For example. If a part has a length smaller than 300mm (source parameter "H" with a length type), the result is "Short", If the length is higher than 300 (excluded) the result is "Long".

In this case, the parameter to create is the text result, the type in the source is length, the source value is the length of the part (edge, parameter, etc...). Fill in the table as indicated below, the interpolation will be Constant to the left.
