Wire text on curve

This contextual command allows a wire text to follow a curve.

Creation stages / Use:

Select the Wire text on curve... contextual command from a wire text.

Select the wire text.
Select the curve.
Enter the distance between the curve and the base line of the text.
Validate by clicking .

The sketch in which is the wire text has to be edited.

The offset is only possible for line, arc and circle.

The offset is not possible with a spline. You just have to create an offset of your spline and then use this command with the new spline as curve, but without entering an offset.

Modifications / Additional information:

The line linking the curve and the text represents the distance. It is possible to edit the command to change the wire text to use, or to change the curve or the offset.
