Coordinates Table Index Style

This command allows to create/ modify coordinates table index usable during coordinates table creation.

The index style is the setting of a dimensions table index (information in the columns, extremities, ...).

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Select the Tools > Styles > Coordinates table index style... command from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Enter the name of this style.

  2. Check if this style must be the current one.

  3. Specify the main style (the main style allows to retrieve the settings of an existing style).

  4. Adjust wanted options.

  5. Validate by clicking .

 

 

The modification of an index style used as the basic style by another style will automatically cause the modification of the latter.

 

 

Available options:

 

 

 

The dimension index orientation can follow the dimension text orientation. If the text dimension is vertical, the dimension index can also be vertical if this options is checked. If not, it will stay horizontal.

 

 

  • Font:

Displays the name and size of the font used.

Use the Font cell to activate the button and then modify the settings (font, style, size, effects, etc.).

The button displays changes.

  • Decoration:

To use a decoration, select the Decoration cell then choose the decoration to apply.

Four decorations are available: None, Underlined, Framed, Circled.

  • Color:

Select the color of the text by clicking the button. The black cross to remove the chosen color.

  • Layer:

Assign a layer to the element. The layer can be created on the fly by clicking the "+".

 

 

Extremity:

  • Allows to modify the visual display of the arrow which links the index to the selected element.

 

Local Attributes:

  • Allows to modify the thickness of the index frame and the color.
