This command allows the TopSolid support to have a remote access to your computer.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Select the Help > Remote assistance... command from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Communicate the ID number and the password to your interlocutor to allow him to have a remote access to TopSolid.

 

 

  • An internet connection is required to use this command.

  • The green light under your ID indicates that your connection is ready.

 

 

  • The connection is secured. It is active only during the opening of this command window.

  • This command is only used with your agreement and only for maintenance.

  • The TopSolid support has then a complete access to your computer, as if he was in front of your screen.

  • To close the connection, just close the window by clicking the cross.
