A true modification is a modification which physically changes the part or changes some of its properties.

A true modification is detected if the code, the description, the part number, the complementary part number, the manufacturer, the manufacturer part number, the comment, the contain of representations or publishings change in a part.

A modification like rotate or zoom a part is not a true modification.
