This command allows you to see a document's history, as well as compare the overview of two different versions of the document.

Creation Stages / Use:

This command is available only as a popup menu on the document. Select the document and select Others > History...

• The first column shows the dates and times of the different modifications.

• The second column shows the actions that were performed (storing into vault, validation, etc.).

• The third column shows the users who performed these actions.

• The fourth column allows you to see the different versions of the documents.

• The last column shows the comments entered by the users during the action.
