Languages

 

 

 

This command allows to change the language of the current document. Localized information (like material, coating, ...) will be translated.

 

For example, by working with TopSolid in English, and with the document language in English too, if the user chooses the material Steel, it will be displayed like this in the entities tree. By changing the document language to French, it will be displayed as Acier.

 

Creation Stages / Use:

 

From the document Options tree, unfold the General node and double click on the Languages... node.

  1. Choose the language from the drop-down menu.

  2. Validate.

 

 

The option is only for this document. If you want to change the global language of TopSolid, use the About command. But in this case, menus will also be translated.
