This command allows you to publish a plane. This plane will then be proposed on each use of the document.

Creation Stages / Use:

Click the icon or select Tools > Publishings > Publish Plane... command from the drop-down menu.

1. Enter the name of the publication.

2. Enter the description of the publication.

3. Enter a plane.
