This command allows to create a pattern by using a pattern of another document. For example in an assembly, it is possible to create a pattern using the drilling repetition pattern of an assembled part.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Click the icon or select the Construction > Patterns > Pattern... command from the drop-down menu.

 

  1. Select the part with a repetition or an existing pattern in the current document.

  2. Validate by clicking .

 

 

  • The pattern is an operation and is listed in the operations tree.

  • It is also listed in the Patterns folder of the entities tree.

 

 

Modifications / Additional information:

 

This pattern can be edited or replaced by another type of pattern by using the contextual menu from the Patterns folder of the entities tree or from the operation in the operations tree.
