Cartesian direction

This command allows to create a cartesian direction entity which can be used, for example, as driver in a family document.

Creation stages / Use:

Select the Construction > Directions > Cartesian direction... command from the drop-down menu.

Select an origin.
Enter distances X, Y and Z regarding the origin.
Select an orientation frame.
Validate by clicking .

It is possible to create a point and a frame "on the fly" by clicking the "+".These entities are created in the running command and will be deleted if the command is canceled.

Modifications / Additional information:

This direction is displayed with a grey arrow. It can be edited, modified and deleted via the Directions folder from the entities tree.
