Edit Drilling

 

 

 

 

 

This command allows you to edit a drilling, from the cooling sketch, in order to modify locally its parameters or style.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Select the sketch segment corresponding to the drilling to edit, or on drilling face, and launch the Edit Drilling... command from the contextual menu.

A double click on the segment or on the drilling faces allows you to directly access to the command.

 

Available options:

 

 

  • Diameter: By default, this value is not available, because it is given with the global parameters of the cooling circuit. Check the diameter option will allow you to give a new diameter to this drilling only.

 

If the diameter is modified, the drilling will be uncoupled from the global circuit settings.

 

  • Reverse direction: With selecting this option, or with double click on the arrow, it is possible to reverse the drilling:

  • Second drilling: With selected this option, or with double click on the extremity ball of the arrow, it is possible to create a second drilling. This option will be available only in case of a drilling through two parts.


 

These two options will not uncouple the component from the cooling circuit style of the circuit.

 

 

 

 

The global cooling circuit style is display to memory. This option allows you to modify it locally with editing it.

Only the attributes corresponding to the Drillings attributes are displayed.

 

 

After any local modification of the style, the drilling will be uncoupled from the cooling circuit style of the circuit.
