This command allows to define the 3mf (3D Manufacturing Format) export settings of a part or an assembly document.

This file format can be directly used for 3d printing devices.

3mf Export

• Surface tolerance: Surfaces are transformed into triangular facets. This tolerance is the arrow between the actual surface and the facet that will be created upon export.

Entities selection: You can choose to export on of the representation of the document, or a selection of entities, or one of the document sets.

The Entities and Sets options are greyed when the document to export is not opened.

When you export an assembly with a mechanism, you can choose one of the configurations or simulations to export.

In both cases, the available configuration or simulations are suggested in a drop down list.

PDM folder :

• Export to PDM: when this option is checked, the document is exported in a folder of the current project. The file is not available on the computer disk.

Reference frame: This option allows you to choose another reference frame instead of the absolute frame (used as default).
