ME10 Import Options |
This command allows you to select import options for ME10 files.
These options are grouped in different tabs.
Object Space: Allows you to select the document to create from Part, Assembly, 3D Modeling or Draft. Besides the draft, which is forcibly a flat sketch, for other types of documents you can select either flat and spatial sketch.
Paper Space: Allows you to select papers of the ME10 file to import. Each imported paper created a new document.
Levels: Allows you to select the levels of the Me10 file to import. Buttons allow you to select all or to deselect all.
Options:
Unit: Allows you to force the unit of the document by selecting it from the drop down list.
Basify views: If the option is checked, TopSolid will create entities as they are displayed in the ME10 display.
Import Attributes: This option allows you to retrieve attributes (colors, ...) from different entities.
Basify false dimensions: The consistency between the dimension and the geometry is verified upon import. If there is no consistency (forced dimension in ME10), it is updated with the actual value at import. To avoid this modification and to keep the value of the ME10 dimension, this option must be checked, then it will no longer be a dimension, but text.
Templates: Allows to choose a template document to use when importing.
Some options can also be modified in the Tools > Options > Translators > ME10 command. |
