Automatic axes |
This command allows you to automatically create axes on a reference view.
This is based on the detection criteria.
Creation stages / Use:
Select Detailing > Automatic axes... command from the drop-down menu.
Select the reference view.
Set the detection criteria.
Validate the command.
An axis generated by this command cannot be deleted. A right-click deleted on an axis will delete the "Automatic axes" operation and therefore destroy all created axes. An axis can be hidden by right-clicking it. Right-clicking again on another axis generated by the same command shows all hidden axes. |
Available Options:
Axes:
|
|
Minimum Diameter/Maximum Diameter:
|
Axes will be created only for circles whose diameter is included in this range. |

Axes will be created only for circles whose angle is greater than the specified value. |
Maximum tilt:

Merge Distance:
|
If two axes situated on the same line are far from a value inferior to the value specified in this field, they will be merged in order to form only one axis. |
