This command allows a customized surface finish style to be created.

This style will then be able to be used during the creation of a surface finish symbol.

Surface finish style means the configuration of the symbol (format, geometry, etc.).

Creation stages:

Select Tools > Styles > Surface finish style... from the drop-down menu.

  1. Enter the Name for this new style.

  2. Check Current style to allow this symbol style to be proposed by default when creating a new surface finish symbol.

  3. Specify the base style on which to rely to create the new style (the settings of this basic style will be those offered by default when creating the new style).

The modification of a surface finish style used as the basic style by another style will automatically cause the later to be modified.
