This command publishes a threading standard parameter.

Creation stages / Use:

Click the icon or select the Tools > Publishings > Publish threading standard... command from the drop-down menu.

1. Enter the publication's name.

2. Enter the publication's description.

3. Select the threading standard parameter in the drop-down list.
