Replace Wizard

This command allows to assist the user during the replacement and re-hooking.

 

Creation stages / Use:

 

Click the icon or select the Replace Wizard... command from the contextual menu.

 

  1. Choose the replacing document among the Part or Assembly opened documents.

  2. Then, the screen is divided in two: on the left, the current document before replacing, on the right, the replacing document. In the dialog, a tree shows all the operations and entities with geometries to re-hook. Choose the geometries to re-hook.

 

 

 

 
  • The geometries displayed in orange have been automatically re-hooked by TopSolid, otherwise they are displayed in red. The geometries displayed in green have been manually re-hooked.
  • If the replacement part or assembly contains drivers they will be available into the replace wizard dialog.

 

 

Available options:

 

 

 
  • Synchronized Cameras:allows to synchronize the cameras in order to zoom, move and rotate simultaneously the 2 views.
  • Hidden Displays: allows to show/hide the displayed elements of each document.
