Step feed rate (XY movement)

This value allows to define a custom feed rate during the links between plunges.

	Machining The feed rate during the plunge is the same as the machining feed rate defined in the tool cutting conditions or locally in the operation.
	Maximum feed rate The feed rate during the plunge is the same as the maximum feed rate defined in the tool cutting conditions or locally in the operation
	Custom feed rate The feed rate during the plunge is the same as the custom feed rate defined in the operation.
	Feed rate factor The feed rate during the plunge is proportional to the machining feed rate defined in the tool cutting conditions or locally in the operation
