If the material to remove is greater than the value allowed (trochoid factor or trochoid over the entire trajectory), TopSolid adds trochoid loops (shown in red above).
On hard material, it is often necessary to ensure an identical chip section (so that the tool does not "sing" when jammed in an angle, for example).
It might be done with the trochoids.
