This function allows to define the number of Iso programs that must be generated by the Post Processor of the current Cam document.

It is also possible to custom the program by adding comments.

These Iso programs will also appears in the operation manager.

By default:

Operations manager

Type of program

Per part

Program name

Test

Starting number

1

Increment

10

Use program name of TopSolid

Program name

Test1

Test11

Allow to define a common name to all programs.

This starting number will be applied after the program name.

Allow to define the increment for others programs.

If this option is checked the post processor will use for the name of the G-Code file, the program name we just defined (Test1 in the example).

If this option is unchecked the name by default will be the name of the CAM document.

Operation

Of course only the elements in the operations manager will be taken into account to create the different programs.

The inactive operations won't be used (they will stay in the default program).

Generate several Iso programs won't affect the machining operations. They keep the same parameters and the same tool path.

Different types of cut are possibles :

This option allows us to create an Iso program per operation.

This option allows us to create a program per part (when there is several parts).

The part will be taken into account for the program creation if there is at least one operation.

If the file has one part with several programs this option allows us to go back quickly to one program.

This option allows to create a program per WCS.

This option allows to create a program per tool (we have a program for each tool change even if the tool is used several times in the operations manager).

This option allows to create a program per tool holder (there will be as many programs as used tool holders).

This option allows to create a program per Z axis (there will be as many programs as used Z axes).

This option allows to create a program per machine channel. It is necessary to define first the channels in the machine document where we have the possiblity to associate machine elements and axes for each channel.

When the program type is "Undefined" it is possible to set manually the organisation of the Iso files.

This icon allows us to delete a program.

When deleted the program are numbered again.

The operations associated to this program will be automatically reaffected to the program one.

This icon allows us to give a name to the program. To insert headers or ending comments and to give a name to the Iso file.

This button allows you to create a new program.

When we create this new program, this one doesn't have any machining. We can manually manually assigned after some machinings. The scenario needs to be used for that (Organise the operations in the programs).
