In this case the machining area and the altitudes are not calculated with the part original stock but with this local stock.
Option to use in a roughing where we do not want to machine all the part BUT mostly take into acount a stock which is not a cube (essentially for Z rapids).
In both examples below the yellow stock represents the original stock and the green stock the local stock for an operation.
