Tool holder management

This options allows to take into account the non-cutting parts of the tool in the tool paths calculation to avoid collisions with the residual stock or the part.

It is possible to add radial (red arrows) and axial (green arrows) stock to leave to increase the safety margin.

Areas in collisions in XY plane will be removed.

Warning: TopSolid only verifies collisions with the part for the finishing operations.

Tool path is not limited to avoid collisions with the tool holder.	In this case the tool path has been modified in order to avoid clashes between the part and the tool holder. We can see that there is more material left at the back of the part.
