There is a filter in the automatic geometry search that allows to add or remove chamfers of the part to the selection according to their dimension.
Chamfers whose flat length are not between the minimum and maximum limit will not be added to the selection of geometries to be machined.
The flat length defines the effective radial distance of the chamfer measured on the selected face (d in the diagram below).
